What Guardz does
Guardz is a cyber security platform aimed at small and mid-sized businesses. Instead of asking a small team to buy, connect and watch half a dozen separate tools, it brings the main layers of protection into one console with one list of issues to fix:
- Identity: identity threat detection and response (ITDR) for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace accounts, looking for unfamiliar sign-ins, external mailbox forwarding rules, token replay and session hijacking
- Email: phishing, spam, malware, zero-day and malicious link protection using the Check Point Harmony Email engine (formerly Avanan), connected by API to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
- Endpoint: device posture checks and managed antivirus (Guardz manages Microsoft Defender Antivirus on Windows) on every plan, with SentinelOne EDR on the higher plans
- Cloud data: alerts when files in OneDrive, SharePoint or Google Drive are shared externally or through a public link
- People: security awareness training and phishing simulations
- External exposure: scans of your external footprint and dark web monitoring for leaked credentials
Guardz builds and prices its platform for managed service providers, who operate it on behalf of their customers. That is why we offer it as a managed service: we run the platform for you, and the licences are part of that service.

How Guardz is licensed
Guardz is licensed per user, with flexibility for the devices each person uses. That keeps the bill predictable: giving an existing member of staff a second laptop does not normally change it. Where you protect noticeably more devices than people, for example shared PCs or servers, additional SentinelOne seats can be added on the Ultimate and Elite plans.
- Billing: monthly, per user, on your Forever Systems invoice
- Size: there is no minimum user count, so very small teams can start, and volume pricing applies as user numbers grow
- Changes: add or remove users as staff join and leave, or move up a plan, without starting again
- Trial: Guardz offers a 14-day trial, which we can use to run a baseline assessment first
