How HacWare is licensed
- Unit: per user. HacWare bills on the active email addresses receiving training in each billing period, so leavers drop off the count once they are removed.
- Terms: monthly or annual through Forever Systems. Annual suits a stable headcount; monthly suits seasonal staff or a trial run.
- Minimum commitment: a minimum charge applies to small accounts. We confirm whether it affects you when we quote.
- Changing tier: you can move up a tier, for example adding the LMS when an auditor or insurer asks for course completion records.
