What EasyDMARC does
Anyone can put your domain in the From line of an email. DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting and Conformance) is the DNS record that tells receiving mail servers what to do with messages that fail SPF and DKIM checks, and asks them to send you reports on every source using your domain. Publishing the record is easy. Reading the reports, finding every legitimate service that sends on your behalf and getting to a policy of quarantine or reject without blocking your own invoices is the hard part.
EasyDMARC is a cloud platform built to make that work manageable. It turns raw XML reports into a readable view of who is sending as your domain, and adds hosted ("managed") versions of each DNS record, so policy changes are made in a dashboard rather than by editing DNS every time. Alongside DMARC it covers managed SPF, managed DKIM, BIMI brand logos, MTA-STS with TLS reporting, and a DNS Manager module for monitoring records and SSL certificates.
There is a commercial reason too. Since 2024 Google and Yahoo have required DMARC from bulk senders, and Microsoft introduced similar requirements for high-volume senders to Outlook.com addresses in 2025. The NCSC recommends DMARC for every organisation, and UK public sector bodies are expected to publish it and work towards a reject policy.

How EasyDMARC is licensed
EasyDMARC is licensed per domain, with a monthly email volume agreed to suit the domains you protect.
- Billing: monthly, on your Forever Systems invoice alongside your other subscriptions
- What counts: each domain you protect, including domains that never send email but could be spoofed (parked domains need a reject policy too)
- Users: there is no per-user charge, so your IT team, marketing team and auditors can all have access
- Changes: add domains as you acquire brands or launch campaigns, and remove ones you retire

Most DMARC projects stall at p=none because nobody has time to read the reports. We take that job on:
- Inventory: add every domain you own, including parked and legacy domains, and publish the managed records.
- Discover senders: use the aggregate reports to list every service sending as you, from Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace to your CRM, payroll and marketing platforms.
- Fix authentication: set up SPF and DKIM for each legitimate sender so it passes DMARC alignment.
- Enforce: step the policy up to quarantine, then reject, watching the reports at each stage.
- Keep it right: alerts and regular reviews when a new service starts sending or a record breaks.
DMARC works best alongside a filter for inbound threats, such as email security software, and staff who can spot a phish.

Is EasyDMARC licensed per user or per domain?
Per domain, with a monthly email volume agreed for your plan. There is no charge per user, so as many people as you need can log in to see reports.
Can I buy EasyDMARC monthly?
Yes. We supply EasyDMARC on a monthly subscription on your Forever Systems account, and you can add or remove domains as your needs change.
How long does it take to get to p=reject?
It depends on how many services send email as you and how quickly each one can be fixed. A domain with only Microsoft 365 can move quickly; one with many marketing and line-of-business senders takes longer. We set a plan after reviewing the first reports.
Do I need to protect domains that do not send email?
Yes. Parked and unused domains are popular with spoofers because nobody watches them. They should carry a reject policy and an empty SPF record, and each one counts as a domain in your licence.
Does EasyDMARC replace my spam filter?
No. DMARC protects your domain from being impersonated in other people's inboxes. You still need inbound email security to filter phishing and malware sent to your staff.
