What Foxit does

How Foxit is licensed
Foxit subscriptions are licensed per named user: each licence is assigned to one person, who can use it across the platforms their edition includes. Foxit Connectors are the exception, supplied per connector.
- Billing: monthly per user on your Forever Systems invoice; Foxit also offers annual terms if you would prefer to align to a yearly renewal
- Education and non-profit: dedicated editions of PDF Editor+ and eSign Business for eligible organisations, subject to Foxit's eligibility checks
- Volume licensing: for larger deployments Foxit offers volume licensing across PDF Editor, PDF Editor+ and eSign, with centralised licence management and a single renewal date
- Changes: add users, upgrade from PDF Editor to PDF Editor+ or remove licences as staff leave
- Administration: licences are assigned and reassigned centrally in the Foxit Admin Console, so a leaver's licence can go to a new starter
