In short: The Breach Secure Now Breach Prevention Platform is a security awareness service that emails staff a short training lesson each week, runs simulated phishing campaigns, checks the dark web for breached accounts, delivers policies for electronic signature and includes a security risk assessment. Forever Systems supplies and runs it, licensed per seat on monthly or annual terms.
What the Breach Prevention Platform is
The Breach Prevention Platform (often shortened to BPP) is Breach Secure Now's core security awareness subscription; on its own website Breach Secure Now now presents it as its cybersecurity training offering. It treats security awareness as a habit rather than an annual event. Every week each member of staff receives a short micro-training lesson, typically two to three minutes long, on topics such as phishing scams, ransomware and the physical protection of mobile devices. Between lessons, simulated phishing emails test whether the training is sticking, and the Employee Secure Score gives a gamified measure of how your security is improving.
Because it is delivered by your IT provider, the employee portal and lessons are white-labelled, so staff see it as part of your own IT support rather than a third-party tool.
What is included
| Component | What it does |
|---|---|
| Weekly micro-training | Short video lessons emailed to every enrolled employee |
| Simulated phishing | Test emails that teach staff to spot phishing |
| Dark web breach checks | Unlimited breach assessments of your domains for exposed credentials |
| Security risk assessment | A review of your environment that identifies gaps and recommends fixes |
| Policies and procedures | Written policies on topics such as network security, computer use, bring your own device, physical security and termination, each signed electronically by every employee |
| White-labelled employee portal | One place for staff to find training, policies and security information, where we can also publish your security reports |
| Employee Secure Score | A gamified score that tracks how your organisation's security is improving |
| Monthly newsletter | Security tips for work and home |
Breach Secure Now also offers a Microsoft Teams app with a gamified leaderboard, and a Catch Phish plug-in for Outlook that turns suspicious emails into a training moment.
How it is licensed
| Option | How it works |
|---|---|
| Unit | Seats, meaning the staff enrolled in the programme |
| Monthly term | Billed monthly, with seats added or removed as people join and leave |
| Annual term | A twelve-month commitment for a stable headcount |
Seats are counted on the people enrolled in training, so shared mailboxes and service accounts are normally left out; we confirm the count with you before ordering. Prices depend on the number of seats and the term, so ask us for a quote. For more on user-based licensing, see per-user vs per-device licensing.
Requirements and deployment
The platform is cloud-hosted and needs nothing installed on devices. To deploy it we need:
- A staff list with names, email addresses and, ideally, departments for reporting
- Allowlisting in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or your email filter, so lessons and simulated phishing are delivered rather than quarantined
- Your policies: we can start from Breach Secure Now's templates and adapt them to your organisation and UK GDPR
A typical rollout starts with a baseline phishing test and a dark web check, then switches on weekly training and a regular phishing schedule. The risk assessment is completed with your IT contact in the first few weeks.
Who it suits
The Breach Prevention Platform suits small and mid-sized organisations that need a documented, ongoing training programme without the time to run one themselves. It is useful evidence for cyber insurance questionnaires, customer due diligence and UK GDPR accountability. Cyber Essentials does not itself require staff training, but the NCSC recommends it as part of a basic security approach. See security awareness training for employees for the wider case.
How we help
We run the platform as a service: enrolment, branding, allowlisting, phishing schedules, policy updates and reporting. Each month or quarter you get a short summary of training completion, phishing results and dark web findings, with the people who need extra support highlighted. Contact us for a quote or a trial.
