What it is
IRONSCALES Security Awareness Training is the training and phishing simulation part of IRONSCALES' human risk management offering. It is designed to sit next to IRONSCALES email security, so the threats your users actually receive shape what they are trained on. It has three parts:
- Training content: a library of short videos with quizzes, covering phishing, BEC, credential harvesting, insider threats, generative AI threats and compliance topics, available in several languages; you can also upload, track and score your own videos
- Phishing simulation: a library of templates kept up to date with current phishing trends, plus generative AI that writes personalised spear-phishing tests, with landing pages that explain the mistake to anyone who falls for one
- Automation: campaigns that target people who have never been tested, failed their last test or are frequently attacked, and send matching training automatically

How it is licensed
Awareness training is licensed per user: everyone you enrol in training and simulations. Most organisations license every member of staff, because attackers target everyone, not just finance. The Content Pack is an add-on licensed per user on top of the Suite. We bill monthly on your Forever Systems account and adjust the count as staff join and leave. Ask us for a quote.
Deployment and reporting
IRONSCALES works with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, and campaigns can be targeted by role and attack type using your org chart and smart groups. Training is delivered by email, in the browser and in-platform, with just-in-time feedback when someone engages with a simulated or real threat. Reporting covers completion rates, assessment scores and simulation results, and lets you follow delivery, views and progress by person, department or group, with exports for audits.
For UK organisations, regular training is one of the organisational measures that help meet UK GDPR's requirement to keep personal data secure, and it fits the NCSC's guidance on building a positive security culture.
