SentinelOne Singularity RemoteOps licensing

Run scripts and collect forensic evidence across one device or thousands from the Singularity console, without extra infrastructure.

In short: SentinelOne Singularity RemoteOps lets administrators run pre-built or custom scripts across many endpoints at once from the Singularity console. RemoteOps Forensics adds automated digital forensics collection, triggered by detections and defined by reusable forensic profiles, with results alongside EDR data. Both are per-endpoint add-ons, monthly or annual.

What RemoteOps is

During an incident, and in everyday IT work, you often need to do the same thing on many machines at once: collect logs, check for a file, stop a service, change a setting. Singularity RemoteOps lets you run pre-built or custom scripts across one endpoint or the whole fleet from the Singularity console, using the agent already installed, with no separate remote management infrastructure.

RemoteOps Forensics builds on this for digital forensics and incident response (DFIR). It collects forensic artefacts from affected devices and shows them alongside the EDR data for the same incident, so investigators work in one place.

SentinelOne designs forensic collection to write as little as possible to disk, preserving the integrity of evidence and helping with chain-of-custody requirements.

Why automatic evidence collection matters

Evidence is most valuable in the first minutes of an incident, before logs roll over, memory is lost or an attacker cleans up. Because RemoteOps Forensics can start collecting as soon as a detection fires, without waiting for an analyst, the artefacts are preserved while they still exist. Forensic profiles mean every investigation collects the same set of evidence, which makes incidents easier to compare and reports easier to defend to insurers, regulators or lawyers.

How RemoteOps is licensed

RemoteOps and RemoteOps Forensics are add-ons licensed per endpoint, on top of your SentinelOne edition. Forensics works best with Singularity Complete, whose EDR data it sits alongside. We can supply both month to month or on an annual commitment billed monthly; pricing depends on endpoint numbers and term, so ask us for a quote.

Who it suits

  • in-house security teams and incident responders who want collection built into their EDR
  • IT teams that need to run fixes or checks across many devices quickly
  • organisations that expect to need defensible evidence after an incident, for example for insurers or regulators
  • businesses consolidating standalone forensic tools

If SentinelOne analysts handle your incidents through Vigilance MDR, we will tell you whether RemoteOps adds value for your own team as well.

How we help

  1. List your common incidents: we agree the incident types you most expect, from a suspicious login to suspected ransomware.
  2. Build forensic profiles: we define which artefacts to collect for each, and when collection should start automatically.
  3. Script the routine jobs: we set up a library of checks and fixes your IT team can run across the fleet.
  4. Test it before you need it: we run a collection on a test device so you know the evidence arrives as expected.

We can also build forensic profiles and script libraries for your common incident types.
