What Exium IAM360 is
Stolen and reused passwords remain one of the most common ways into a small organisation. Exium IAM360 is the identity module of the Exium platform, designed to reduce that risk by putting a single, strongly authenticated sign-in in front of your applications and giving staff somewhere safe to keep the passwords that remain.
Because it sits on the same platform as Exium SASE, a small IT team gets one console and one supplier to deal with when a member of staff joins, changes role or leaves, rather than separate tools for remote access, MFA and passwords.

Exium IAM360 is licensed per user and billed monthly on your Forever Systems account. Exium prices it as a separate per-user module, so it can sit alongside Exium SASE and XDR360 licences on the same invoice and you only pay for the modules you use.

We plan IAM360 around it rather than replacing it: we decide which applications move to single sign-on first, which MFA and passwordless methods suit your staff, and how passwords for legacy systems will be stored in the password manager.
Rollout is staged. We start with administrators and high-risk accounts, then finance and HR, then everyone else, with clear instructions so staff know what to expect at their next sign-in.
