Why back up Xero
Xero holds the financial record of a business: invoices, bills, bank transactions, receipts and the attachments that support them. Xero runs the service, but it is not designed to roll your organisation back after a user deletes or overwrites records, an integration posts bad data, or someone with access acts maliciously. A copy held outside Xero also helps with record-keeping, since HMRC expects businesses to keep their records for years.

QuickBooks Online and licensing
Redstor also offers backup for QuickBooks Online, with granular, item-level recovery back into QuickBooks and a copy of your accounting data held outside Intuit's cloud. If you use QuickBooks rather than Xero, ask us and we will confirm the details before quoting.
