In short: Check Point Harmony Mobile, now officially Check Point Mobile Security and formerly SandBlast Mobile, is mobile threat defence for iOS and Android. It detects malicious apps, network attacks, phishing and risky device settings, works alongside your MDM, and is licensed per user on a monthly subscription through Forever Systems.
What Harmony Mobile is
Harmony Mobile is Check Point's mobile threat defence product for iPhones, iPads and Android devices. It started life as SandBlast Mobile, and in 2026 Check Point's website renamed it Check Point Mobile Security. It is not a mobile device management (MDM) tool; it sits alongside your MDM and tells it when a device is at risk.
Phones carry much of the same email, files, finance apps and sign-in tokens as laptops, but often have less security software on them. Harmony Mobile covers the main ways they are attacked. Our specialist site has more on Check Point Harmony Mobile.
What it protects against
| Area | What Harmony Mobile does |
|---|---|
| Apps and files | Blocks malicious app and file downloads and flags risky apps |
| Networks | On-device network protection against man-in-the-middle attacks and malicious Wi-Fi, and stops infected devices reaching company resources |
| Phishing | Protects against phishing links arriving by web, SMS and messaging apps |
| Device and OS | Real-time risk assessment, vulnerability (CVE) checks on the operating system, detection of weak settings and configuration changes, and jailbreak and root detection |
Verdicts draw on the same ThreatCloud AI intelligence as Check Point's endpoint and email products, and events appear in the Check Point Portal alongside them.
How it is licensed
Harmony Mobile is a subscription licensed per user in our catalogue, and we confirm on your quote how many devices each user can protect. Through Forever Systems it is provisioned in your Check Point Portal tenant and billed monthly on the users protected, so you can start with a pilot group, such as staff with access to finance or customer data, and extend later without a new contract.
There is one licence level to choose from us, so there is no edition decision to make; the main questions are how many users to cover and whether company-owned devices, personal devices or both are in scope. See per-user vs per-device licensing for how to count people with several devices.
Requirements and deployment
Harmony Mobile runs as an app on iOS and Android. On managed devices it is usually pushed by your MDM or UEM, such as Microsoft Intune, and the integration lets the MDM act on Check Point's risk score, for example blocking access to email or apps until a threat is removed. On personal (BYOD) devices it can be installed by the user from an invitation, and Check Point says it protects devices without affecting user privacy; we explain to staff what the app does and does not see.
Plan for: an MDM if you want automated conditional access, a decision on which user groups to cover, and a short communication to staff explaining what the app does and does not see. If you do not yet have an MDM, Forever Group can help with mobile device management and Microsoft Intune.
Who it suits and how we help
Harmony Mobile suits organisations whose staff use phones for email, approvals, banking or customer data, those with a BYOD policy that need assurance without full device control, and anyone who already uses Check Point products and wants mobile events in the same console.
We confirm the number of users and devices, connect Harmony Mobile to your MDM, set the risk policies, roll it out to a pilot group and then the rest of the business, and manage the licences month to month. Ask us for a quote, or compare other options on our mobile security page.

Contact usFrequently asked questions
Is Harmony Mobile an MDM?
No. Harmony Mobile, now Check Point Mobile Security, is mobile threat defence. It works alongside an MDM or UEM such as Microsoft Intune, which can use its risk score to block access from a compromised device.
Does Harmony Mobile work on personal devices?
Yes. It can be installed on personal iOS and Android devices, which suits BYOD policies. Check Point says it protects devices without affecting user experience or privacy, and we help you explain to staff what the app checks.
How is Harmony Mobile licensed?
Per user, on a subscription billed monthly through Forever Systems. We confirm on your quote how many devices each user licence covers.
Is Harmony Mobile the same as SandBlast Mobile?
Yes. SandBlast Mobile became Harmony Mobile, and Check Point's website now calls it Check Point Mobile Security. It is the same product under a new name.
