In short: Check Point Infinity is Check Point's consolidated platform, managed in the Check Point Portal, formerly the Infinity Portal. Through Forever Systems one Infinity subscription gives your tenant access to Endpoint, Email Security, SASE, Mobile, Browse, WAF and MDR, added as you need them and billed monthly on usage rather than in fixed bundles.
What Check Point Infinity is
Infinity is Check Point's name for its consolidated security architecture: network, cloud and workspace products that share one threat intelligence service (ThreatCloud AI), one cloud management layer and, where you buy that way, one commercial agreement. Check Point's website now calls it the Check Point Cyber Security Platform (formerly Infinity), while products such as Infinity XDR and Infinity Playblocks keep the Infinity prefix.
For licensing, the practical meaning is the Check Point Portal (formerly the Infinity Portal). Every workspace product you buy is switched on in your own tenant there, with one sign-in, shared events and one set of administrators. Our specialist site has an overview at Check Point Harmony UK.
How the Infinity subscription works through us
We supply Check Point through a managed service account. Your organisation gets its own tenant in the Check Point Portal under that account, linked to a Check Point Infinity subscription. Services are then added as you need them and billed on usage, rather than as a fixed bundle you have to buy up front:
| Service you can switch on | Counted by | Licensing page |
|---|---|---|
| Endpoint Security (Harmony Endpoint) | Protected device | Harmony Endpoint |
| Email Security (Harmony Email & Collaboration) and add-ons | User | Harmony Email & Collaboration |
| Check Point SASE (Harmony SASE) | User | Harmony SASE |
| Mobile Security (Harmony Mobile) | User | Harmony Mobile |
| Browser Security (Harmony Browse) | User | Harmony Browse |
| Managed detection and response | Endpoint, or add-on to Endpoint | Check Point MDR |
| WAF as a Service | Plan | CloudGuard WAF |
You receive one monthly invoice from us covering the Check Point services in use, alongside any other software you buy through us.
What you get in the Check Point Portal
- One console for every Check Point service in your tenant, with a shared view of events
- Administrator roles per service, so the help desk can release quarantined email without changing endpoint policy
- Single sign-on for administrators through SAML identity providers such as Microsoft Entra ID and Okta, with multi-factor authentication for portal sign-in
- Data residency: tenants are created in a chosen region, and some products, including Email Security, can be restricted to the UK; we confirm availability per product
- Event forwarding to a SIEM in Syslog, CEF or LEEF format, which Check Point licenses separately
- Correlation and automation: because products share a tenant, Infinity XDR (part of Endpoint Elite or an add-on) can join events from several products into one incident
You keep full access to your own tenant. We are added as delegated administrators so we can support it.
Monthly usage or a fixed commitment
The Infinity route suits most small and mid-sized UK organisations: there is no up-front bundle, you can trial a service in your own tenant, and the bill follows the users and devices you actually protect. That makes it straightforward to add Harmony Email & Collaboration now and Harmony Endpoint at your antivirus renewal.
Large organisations buying across Check Point's network, cloud and workspace products sometimes prefer an enterprise-wide agreement with Check Point instead. If that might apply to you, we will tell you whether it is worth considering. Our guides to monthly vs annual licences and software renewals cover the general trade-offs.
Moving an existing tenant and how we help
If you already have a Check Point Portal tenant, perhaps created years ago under the Infinity or Avanan names, it can often be brought under our account without reinstalling agents or reconnecting Microsoft 365; we check your set-up first. We review the products and editions in use, administrators, SSO and event forwarding, and tidy up anything left from earlier set-ups.
For new customers we create the tenant in the right data region, switch on the services you have chosen and connect your identity provider. Ask us for a quote, or see the full Check Point licensing overview. Read switching licence supplier for what to expect when moving subscriptions.

- Monthly or annual terms where the vendor offers them, and help timing renewals and commitments
- Licence changes handled for you: add or remove users, upgrade editions and true-up without starting a new contract
- Deployment and support from engineers who run these products every day, not just a reseller account
- Consolidated billing and renewal reminders so nothing lapses unexpectedly

Contact usFrequently asked questions
What is the Check Point Infinity Portal called now?
Check Point now calls it the Check Point Portal. It is the same console, and existing tenants carry on under the new name.
Do I have to buy a bundle of Check Point products?
No. Through Forever Systems your tenant has a Check Point Infinity subscription and you switch on only the services you need, billed monthly on the users and devices in use.
Can you take over my existing Check Point tenant?
Often, yes. Many existing tenants can be moved under our managed service account without reinstalling agents or reconnecting Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, but it depends on how yours was set up, so we review it first.
Can the Check Point Portal send events to our SIEM?
Yes. Event forwarding, which Check Point licenses separately, sends events to a SIEM that accepts Syslog, CEF or LEEF, such as Microsoft Sentinel.
