The subscription includes desktop apps for Windows and macOS, a web app for working in the browser and Foxit's cloud document management. It also includes 300 free AI credits a month for the Foxit AI Assistant, which can summarise, translate and answer questions about documents inside the editor.

AI Smart Redact uses AI to find personally identifiable information so it can be removed in fewer passes than manual redaction, which helps when preparing UK GDPR subject access responses and disclosures. If a team needs to send large numbers of documents for signature, a separate Foxit eSign Business plan with unlimited envelopes may suit better than relying on the 150 included with PDF Editor+.

Requirements and deployment
The desktop apps run on Windows and macOS, the web app runs in a modern browser, and PDF Editor+ adds apps for iOS and Android. Licences are managed centrally through the Foxit Admin Console, so administrators can assign, reassign and remove users without handling licence keys.
