What Keepit for Dynamics 365 is
Dynamics 365 customer engagement apps store their data in Microsoft Dataverse, and Microsoft's own environment backups are short-lived and restore a whole environment at a time. That is a blunt tool when one team has deleted a batch of accounts or an integration has overwritten contact records.
Keepit for Dynamics 365 takes its own copy of your data and keeps it in Keepit's independent cloud, so you can find and restore specific records, with their related records, from any point in your retention period. Keepit extended the same connector to Power Platform during 2025 and early 2026, adding Power Pages and desktop flows first, then Power Apps and cloud flows.
