One per-user licence covers the Nitro PDF editor for Windows, Mac and iOS, Nitro Sign e-signature, Nitro Smart Redact and Nitro Automate, with an annual allowance of signing envelopes and document credits, central administration, SSO and API access. What Nitro PDF Pro+ is
Nitro PDF Pro+ brings Nitro's main products together under one licence per user. Instead of buying a PDF editor from one vendor, an e-signature service from another and redaction from a third, each user gets:
- Nitro PDF for desktop and mobile editing
- Nitro Sign for sending documents for signature, with an annual envelope allowance
- Nitro Smart Redact for AI-assisted redaction, using document credits
- Nitro Automate for automating document tasks such as extraction, conversion and multi-party signing requests, using the same document credits (Nitro currently describes Automate as in early access)
For IT and procurement, that means fewer contracts, one admin portal and one renewal. For users, editing, redaction and signing sit in one product family, so a contract can be edited, redacted and sent for signature without switching vendor.

How Nitro PDF Pro+ is licensed
Nitro PDF Pro+ is licensed per user, and we confirm the term and billing in your quote. Licences are assigned to named users in the Nitro Admin Portal and can be moved when people change roles or leave.
If a team needs more capacity than its allowance, two add-on packs can be bought at any point in the term without changing plan:

Requirements and deployment
The Nitro PDF desktop app runs on Windows and Mac, with an iOS app for iPhone and iPad and a cloud workspace for signing and browser access. On Windows it works alongside Microsoft 365 apps and the File Explorer context menu, and it opens files from OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive, Dropbox and Box.
We typically deploy the desktop app through Microsoft Intune or your existing software deployment tool, connect SSO so users sign in with their work account, and set default apps so PDFs open in Nitro. If you rely on Microsoft sensitivity labels, tell us during the trial so we can confirm how labelled PDFs behave in your set-up.

No. Nitro PDF Standard and Plus are Nitro's own editor plans. Nitro PDF Pro+ is the bundle we supply, which adds Nitro Sign, Nitro Smart Redact and Nitro Automate, with envelope and document credit allowances, to the Nitro PDF editor.
Does Nitro PDF Pro+ work on Mac?
Yes. Nitro PDF runs on Windows and Mac, with an iOS app for iPhone and iPad. Some features differ between platforms, so we check your requirements during the trial.
Can we add more envelopes or redaction documents?
Yes. Envelope packs and document packs of 100 can be added at any point in the term. Unused capacity expires at the end of the term.
