Services Advanced adds Trend Micro Email Security Standard and Cloud App Security to Worry-Free Services. Worry-Free XDR combines Worry-Free Services with Email Security Advanced, Cloud App Security Advanced, the Endpoint Sensor and cloud sandboxing on the endpoint, so a threat can be traced from the inbox to the laptop it reached.
Co-Managed XDR
Worry-Free with Co-Managed XDR adds a managed detection and response service on top of everything in Worry-Free XDR. Trend Micro's threat experts monitor and alert around the clock, investigate incidents and either recommend actions or, if authorised, take them, and a monthly summary report shows what was found.
Trend Micro makes Co-Managed XDR available through managed service providers rather than direct, so we arrange it and stay involved: Trend Micro's analysts work the alerts, and we help you act on their recommendations. It suits organisations that need detection and response but have no one to watch alerts out of hours.
How Worry-Free is licensed
Every Worry-Free edition is licensed per user, covering the protected devices that person uses and, on the email editions, their mailbox. Through Forever Systems, Trend Micro is billed monthly in arrears for what you actually used in the month, measured the way Trend Micro measures it, rather than as a credit pool you pay for up front. You can add users or move to a higher edition at any point, and the change shows on the next bill. Costs depend on the edition and user count, so ask us for a quote.
When you outgrow Worry-Free, Trend Micro lets you update the console to TrendAI Vision One without changing your existing Worry-Free applications, and add solutions such as Cyber Risk Exposure Management.
