In short: usecure is a human risk management vendor. We supply two usecure subscriptions: the core platform, which bundles training, phishing simulation, policy management and breach monitoring and is charged per active user, and usecure with uBreach Pro, which adds domain-wide dark web monitoring charged by domains monitored. Both are billed monthly.
What usecure does
usecure is a human risk management (HRM) platform. The idea behind it is that most security incidents involve a person somewhere: someone clicks a link, reuses a password that later leaks, or never read the policy that would have told them what to do. usecure measures that risk user by user and then works to reduce it automatically, so an IT manager does not have to run a training programme by hand.
The platform is made up of modules that share one console, one user list and one risk score:
| Module | What it does |
|---|---|
| uLearn | Automated, personalised security awareness training based on each user's knowledge gaps |
| uPhish | Simulated phishing campaigns, with instant training for anyone who falls for one |
| uPolicy | Policy scheduling, templates and tracking of who has accepted each policy |
| uBreach | Dark web monitoring for staff credentials exposed in known breaches |
| uHealth | Newer human risk intelligence that combines these signals, plus identity and access data, into prioritised fixes |
All of the core modules come in one plan: see usecure human risk management for what is included.
The usecure products we supply
| Product | What you get | Licensed by |
|---|---|---|
| usecure human risk management | uLearn, uPhish, uPolicy, uBreach Starter and risk reporting in one plan | Per user |
| usecure with uBreach Pro | The full platform plus domain-wide monitoring, an extended breach database, exposed data values, alerts and remediation tracking | By domains monitored, alongside your user licences |
uHealth, usecure's human risk intelligence module, is being released gradually and is charged per user where it is available. We explain what it adds on the human risk management page.
How usecure is licensed
usecure keeps licensing simple. There are no tiered editions of the core platform: usecure says every subscription includes all core features, including the course library, phishing templates, policy templates and reporting.
- Per active user: you are charged for the people enrolled in the platform.
- Monthly through us: we bill usecure monthly on your Forever Systems invoice, so the count can rise and fall with your headcount.
- No minimum: usecure does not set a minimum licence count or a long-term commitment for monthly billing through IT providers such as us.
- uBreach Pro: charged by the number of domains you monitor, on top of the user licences.
- Trial: a free trial can be arranged before you commit.
Prices depend on user numbers and add-ons, so ask us for a quote. Read more about monthly vs annual licences.
How buying usecure through Forever Systems works
- Set-up: we create your usecure tenant and connect it to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace so users are enrolled and kept in sync automatically.
- Baseline: every user takes uLearn's short gap analysis and we run a first phishing simulation to see where you stand.
- Automate: AutoEnrol and AutoPhish take over, sending short courses and varied simulations without anyone scheduling them.
- Policies: we load your acceptable use, password and data protection policies into uPolicy and track who has accepted them.
- Report: you get regular risk reports for management, insurers or auditors, and we act on what they show.
Licence changes, renewals and support sit on one invoice with your other subscriptions.
Who usecure suits
usecure suits UK organisations of most sizes that want awareness training to run itself, in sectors such as professional services, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing and education. It is particularly useful where you need evidence for UK GDPR accountability, ISO 27001 or a cyber insurance questionnaire that asks how staff are trained.
