What the platform does
usecure treats staff behaviour as a measurable risk rather than an annual tick-box course. The platform assesses each person, gives them the training they actually need, tests them with realistic phishing emails, makes sure they have read the policies that apply to them and checks whether their work credentials have leaked. All of that feeds a live risk score for each user and for the organisation, so you can see whether things are improving.
The key word is automation. Once it is connected to your directory, usecure enrols new starters, schedules short lessons, sends varied phishing simulations and chases people who have not finished, without an administrator planning every campaign.

uHealth: human risk intelligence
uHealth is usecure's newer human risk intelligence module. It combines training results, phishing behaviour, policy status, breach exposure and identity and access data into one live risk score for each person and the business, analysed across four areas usecure calls Target, Awareness, Hygiene and Access. It ranks risky combinations, such as a privileged account without MFA belonging to someone who repeatedly fails phishing tests, and puts the suggested fix alongside, for example enforcing MFA, tightening a policy or assigning a course.
uHealth is charged per user on top of the platform. usecure is releasing it gradually, so we confirm availability and what it includes when we quote.

usecure is fully cloud-hosted; there is nothing to install on devices. To get started:
- Connect your directory: sync users from Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, or upload them in bulk.
- Allow simulations through: usecure uses message injection to land uPhish simulations directly in inboxes, and we check your email filtering does not interfere.
- Brand and configure: add your logo, choose languages and pick the policies to issue.
- Launch: users receive the gap analysis, then AutoEnrol and AutoPhish take over.
