What uLearn is
uLearn is the training part of usecure. Most awareness programmes give everyone the same hour-long video once a year, which bores the people who already know the material and does too little for those who do not. uLearn starts by finding out what each person actually knows, then teaches them the topics they are weakest on in short, regular lessons.
Because uLearn shares a console with uPhish, training and phishing work together: someone who clicks a simulated phishing link is automatically given a relevant lesson, and their results feed the same risk score.

- Scaling: users synced from Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace are added and removed automatically, and the licence count follows.
- Trial: available so you can run the gap analysis with a pilot group.

Requirements and who it suits
uLearn runs in the browser, with no software to install. You need a Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenant for automatic user sync, or a user list to upload. Training emails should be allowed through your email filtering.
