It includes all of Valimail Core's automated SPF, DKIM and DMARC management and adds BIMI logo management, MTA-STS encrypted transport, continuous protection reporting on DKIM keys and unused senders, advanced alerting and API access. Forever Systems licenses it per domain, billed monthly.
What Valimail Pro is
Valimail Pro builds on Valimail Core for organisations whose email estate is larger, changes often, or carries a brand worth showing off. It keeps the same automated SPF, DKIM and DMARC management, sender library and multi-domain console, then adds the tools that matter once you have reached enforcement: displaying your logo in the inbox, encrypting mail in transit and proving that nothing has drifted.
Getting to a DMARC reject policy is a milestone, not the end. New services are added, DKIM keys age, suppliers change platforms and old senders linger with permissions they no longer need. Pro is designed to keep watch over all of that so your protection does not quietly erode.

About BIMI: to display a logo, your domain must be at DMARC enforcement, and mailbox providers such as Gmail also require a Verified Mark Certificate (VMC) or Common Mark Certificate (CMC). These certificates are issued by certificate authorities, not by Valimail. Billing is on your monthly Forever Systems invoice. Domains that only need visibility can go on the reporting-only line rather than full Pro management, and we will suggest the most sensible licence for each domain in your estate. Ask us for a quote.
Requirements and deployment
Deployment is the same as Core: a one-time set of DNS changes to hand SPF and DMARC management to Valimail, then everything is managed from the console. For BIMI you will also need a logo prepared in the BIMI-specific SVG format and, for most inboxes, a VMC or CMC. MTA-STS is provided as part of Pro, and the platform that receives your email must support TLS, which Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace both do.
If you are already on Valimail Core, moving to Pro is a licence change on your account rather than a new deployment.

What is MTA-STS and do I need it?
MTA-STS is a standard that tells other mail servers to deliver to your domain only over encrypted, authenticated connections. It protects email in transit from downgrade and interception attacks, and the NCSC's email security guidance recommends it alongside DMARC. You need it if you want to make sure mail sent to you cannot be quietly sent unencrypted.
Can I upgrade from Valimail Core to Pro?
